During a stay
If you are in danger, contact the Egyptian emergency services first: 122 police, 123 ambulance, 180 fire. Then report it here so we can act on the account.
A stay that does not match
Report it from your booking within 24 hours of arrival, with photos. You owe the host nothing for a stay that does not match its listing, and we help you find somewhere else.
Fraud and misuse
Report anyone asking you to pay before arrival, to pay Zuno, or to move off the platform to arrange payment. Report discrimination, harassment, or a listing you believe cannot legally be rented. Reports are confidential from the other party.
