About Zuno
Zuno is a free booking platform for stays in Egypt. Hosts pay no commission, guests pay no service fee, and payment happens directly between the two at check-in.
What we do
We publish homes, apartments, chalets, studios and private rooms across Egypt, and connect the guest who wants one with the host who owns it. We handle the listing, the search, the booking request and the messages between you. That is the whole service.
What we do not do
We do not take payments, hold money, act as an agent for either side, or set prices. The rental agreement is between the guest and the host; Zuno is not a party to it. The price on a listing is the amount the host asks for, and the host is who receives it.
Why it is free
Commission is what makes a stay cost more than the host asked for. Removing it is the product, not an introductory offer. Zuno will never charge a per-booking fee to a guest or a host; if we ever charge for anything it will be an optional service a host chooses to buy, announced in advance.
Where we are
Zuno is built in Cairo for the Egyptian market, in Arabic and English first and 21 interface languages in total. The company is at an early stage: what you see here is the product as it is today, not a promise of what it will become.
