No commission. No service fees. For anyone.
Zuno charges nobody: hosts pay no commission and guests pay no service fee. You request the dates, the host confirms, and you settle up in person at check-in — cash, the host's card terminal, InstaPay or bank transfer.
Reserve for free
Send a booking request. Nothing is charged, and your dates are held while the host replies.

Start hostingHow we protect guests and hosts
No money moves through Zuno, so our safeguards are about people, not payments.
Verified identity
Every guest confirms an email, a phone number and a government ID with a selfie before their first request. Hosts see that you are verified — never your documents.
Reviews that go both ways
Guests review hosts and hosts review guests after every stay. Only someone who actually stayed can leave one.
A deposit on the record
The refundable deposit is set per listing, shown before you send the request and recorded on the booking, so both sides agree the amount in writing before check-in.
Nothing is paid online
You pay the host in person at check-in. There is no card on file to charge and no payment page that can be faked.
Honest answers before you book
How a booking platform that charges nobody actually works.
Yes. Hosts pay no commission and guests pay no service fee. Nothing is charged through Zuno at any point — you pay the host directly at check-in.
In person at check-in, using a method the host accepts: cash, the host's card terminal, InstaPay or bank transfer. The exact amount is shown on your booking request before you send it.
Every guest completes identity verification before their first request, both sides rate each other after the stay, and the host collects a refundable deposit at check-in.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Nothing is paid before you arrive, so there is nothing to refund. Repeated late cancellations affect your guest rating.
A refundable amount the host sets per listing. You hand it over at check-in and get it back at checkout. Zuno records the agreed amount on your booking.
Never from your booking. Zuno will never charge a per-booking fee to a guest or a host. If we ever charge for anything, it will be an optional service a host chooses to buy, announced in advance.
