Listing your place

Photos, the area, capacity, house rules, the nightly price and the payment methods you accept. Cleaning must be included in the price you show — Zuno does not allow a separate cleaning charge at the door.

Importing from Airbnb or Booking.com

Paste the link to your existing listing and we bring across the photos, description and calendar for you to review before publishing. You keep your listing on the other platform if you want to.

Pricing and deposits

You keep 100% of what you charge, so the price you set is the amount you receive. Set a refundable deposit if you want one; it is shown to the guest before they request and collected in person at check-in.

Your obligations

You are the one letting the property, so local law is yours to satisfy: licensing where it is required, tax on the income, and the safety of the place. Zuno provides the platform, not the permission to rent.
